How ScreenReach works

The current issue

A rental business lives on inquiries, but most arrive incomplete, after hours, from channels nobody can compare. Quotes are slow, follow-ups are forgotten and the ad budget is spread by habit.

How AI helps

The assistant does the first mile of every conversation and every morning: it qualifies, sizes, prices and scores; it writes and checks; and it brings each decision to the one person who should make it.

What the user sees

A desk that opens on a briefing, a pipeline ranked by the lead model, a 3D stage of the recommended wall, the booking calendar and the content calendar; and, for the customer, a LINE chat that answers in seconds.

Demo → pilot → production

  1. 1 · Demo — Synthetic business and data; refine with Upspire.
  2. 2 · Business review — Confirm buyers, channels, price list and stock.
  3. 3 · Pilot — Live LINE OA and the real price list; agreed targets: reply time, qualified leads, bookings.
  4. 4 · Production — All channels, ad accounts and the CRM connected.

Who approves what

Marketing lead MK-01

Runs marketing: morning briefing, audiences, campaigns and budget; approves posts, campaigns and budget moves.

Sales lead SA-01

Runs the inbox: scored leads, quotes from the price list and follow-ups; approves quotes and follow-ups.

Owner OW-01

Reads the whole desk: what came in, what it cost, what booked. Approves nothing.

The rules behind the numbers

Wall size

Room ≈ guests × m² per guest (banquet 1.4, theatre 0.75, standing 0.5) + 60 m² stage, 1.5× deeper than wide. Wall height ≥ farthest guest ÷ 9, in 0.5 m cabinets under the ceiling; 16:9 width. A pitch fits when the nearest guest sits at least pitch (mm) × 1 m away.

Price

Price list per m² per day; day 2 onwards at 50 %; December Fridays / Saturdays and 14 Feb +15 %; crew per crew per day (setup day + event days, ~40 m² per crew); processor and operator per day; transport by zone; 7 % VAT.

Lead score

Logistic regression on decided leads (segment, channel, budget vs estimate, time to first reply, details given, repeat customer, short notice, size). Hot ≥ 50 %, warm ≥ 25 % chance of booking. Tested on the last 6 months it was not trained on.

Budget rule

Paid media only. Cost per booking over 90 days for channels with at least 5 bookings; move up to 20 % of the worst channel's monthly spend to the best. A draft for the marketing lead; no ad account is touched.

Content check

Every price in a post must be on the price list, every pitch a screen we rent; no 'cheapest', 'No. 1', guarantees or free offers; each channel's length limit.
